1. Are the products on Beauty Studio safe and authentic?
No doubt! All products are carefully curated by our team because you deserve the best! We are working directly with our brand partners and every product on Beauty Studio is registered in The National Agency of Drug and Food Control or Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (BPOM).
2. I changed my mind after ordering, can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or change your order once your payment has been confirmed.
3. I forgot my password! What should I do?
No worries, we got you! You can go to Sign In page, fill in your email address or phone number or username, and you can click Forgot Password below. We will send you an email to reset your password.
4. How do I find my Order ID?
We will send you an order confirmation email including your order ID, or you can simply check your order details on My Account page. If you can’t find the email, kindly check your spam folder :D
5. I have received my order, but some items are missing! What should I do?

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment via bank transfer or VA and E-Wallet.
2. How do I know if my payment is confirmed?
Your payment will be verified by our system automatically, and we will send you a notification email once your payment is confirmed! You can also access your order status on My Account page.
1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has been confirmed, our team will review and process your order right away (we are trying to beat The Flash here, but sadly we are only human!). We will ship out your order on the same day if we received your payment before 15:00 WIB, after that we will ship your order on the next business day.
Kindly note that we only process and ship out your order during our working hours from Monday to Friday. All orders received on weekends will be processed on the next Monday, and orders received on public holiday will be processed on the next business day. Your order will usually take 1-7 business days from the day it ships until it arrives at your destination.
2. Can I track my order?
Of course! Once we ship your order, a shipping notification includes tracking information will be sent to your email or you can also check it on My Account - Order and History page.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship to destinations in Indonesia.
